Plant Quality & Return Policy
This policy applies ONLY to plants purchased from us.
Live foliage plants are quickly affected by excessive heat and cold temperatures, variances of moisture and humidity, direct sunlight or absence of light, infestation of insects, fungus and other parasites. Plants exposed to these conditions are often not recoverable and frequently must be discarded.
The Plant Factory, LLC’s standard is that plants are healthy and insect-free upon delivery to you. You are required to count and inspect all plants immediately upon receiving your order with our company representative, which they will be instructed to do. If you find any discrepancies in your invoice or plants that do not meet your standards let our company representative know and they can make note on your invoice, change, correct and/or receive payment upon delivery.
