Plant Quality & Return Policy

This policy applies exclusively to plants purchased directly from us.

At The Plant Factory, LLC, we take great care to ensure that all plants are delivered to you in healthy, insect-free condition. However, live foliage plants are highly sensitive to environmental factors such as extreme temperatures, fluctuations in moisture and humidity, direct sunlight or prolonged darkness, and exposure to pests, fungus, or other parasites. Once exposed to these conditions, plants are often irrecoverable and may need to be discarded.

Inspection Policy

To ensure your satisfaction:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If there are any discrepancies in the invoice or if any plants do not meet our standards for health and quality, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Upon notification, we will review your concerns and make necessary adjustments, including corrections to the invoice, replacements, or refunds as appropriate.

Important: Once the product has been received and signed for, no returns or claims will be accepted.
